I worked with Bud Schlaeger who was recommended to me. He was professional, personal, responsive and worked hard, sending multiple quotes, to get us the best match with our insurance needs. In the end, after we honed in on a good company for us, he offered added services for a minimal charge that went over the top for us with coverage. Their coverages beat out the other 5 agencies I called for more coverage at a lower rate. They also offer monthly payments instead of lump sum.

For the very few claims I have needed to file they have taken care of everything. For the things that I have needed to do or papers I have needed sign there is always a follow up phone call and email to make sure I have it done. Often I need the reminders. If a change of policy is in order they call with suggestions and recommendations. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
